Elodie graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics, studied at the Università Bocconi and later went to Ecole de Stilisme in Paris at the Studio Berçot where she fine-tuned her ability to communicate with designers.

With over 20+ years in the Fashion and Luxury Industry, Elodie has been working for some of the world’s leading Fashion Houses including Dolce & Gabbana, Miu Miu and Jil Sander.  Her global approach, sensitivity to tapping into fashion trends and needs, ability to analyze numerically and sociologically what is happening around the world online and offline, and ability to communicate with designers and business partners have been key to building success in her past professional endeavors.

Roberto has more than 25 years experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Corporate Development.

Partner at Ethica Group since September 2021, from 2011 he has been in EY where he was leading the M&A and Capital Debt Advisory practice in Italy and Corporate Development Officer Leader for the Mediterranean region. In this role he was also the Fashion, Luxury and Cosmetic leader for the Transaction division.

From 2008 to 2011 he was Investment Director of DeA Capital leading the investment team and acting as board member of certain group’s subsidiaries. Previously, he spent eleven years at Lazard where he held numerous corporate finance, M&A and capital market roles with growing levels of responsibility. Within this experience, from 1999 to 2000 he worked in the finance dept. of IRI S.p.A. as manager of the team responsible for the State privatization processes.

Roberto holds a degree in Business Administration at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He’s also auditor and chartered accountant. He is also lecturer on M&A, Private Equity and Fashion & Luxury topics.
